City of Fort Worth
Today and every day, the City of Fort Worth is here to help. Fort Worth residents and visitors can quickly and easily report issues to city staff in several ways.App Store Google Play MyFW App
The MyFW App is a smartphone app available on the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
After downloading the app, users can provide a brief description, photos and use a map-based location feature to submit issues like graffiti, potholes or high grass. Once submitted, the request will go directly to the appropriate city work team for a quick response. The user can view the status of the request in the app and receive a notification when the work is complete.
Text
Text hello to 817-835-MYFW (6939). The trick to using the texting feature is to keep it simple. One-word requests work best. For example: pothole. Once submitted, the request will go directly to the appropriate city work team for a quick response. To chat with a representative, text message. A call center representative will then text back to ask specific questions about your service request.Chat
